Dear Beta Tester,
mygroundforce system version 1.03 has been released in the production environment, with the following features and updates:
- Daily Plan:
- Insert daily trips independently from the Weekly Plan.
- Easily create recurring trips – repeat daily, weekdays or weekends-only, monthly, or weekly.
- Extra Payment:
- Quarterly option added to the field “Frequency”.
- Profile:
- Correction: from now on, by default only users with the “Owner” profile can see “Organization Settings”.
- Email Distribution List:
- “Payroll Report” added as an option on the Reports’ list, so it can have an Email Distribution List associated with it.
- Payroll Report:
- Option to send a Payroll Report to a driver.
- Spot Flat Rate:
- Verification of the existence of records already registered by Spot Number and Spot Name together.
- Reports e Dashboards:
- Tractor Fuel Miles Per Gallon Dashboard now available.
- Vehicle Reports:
- New Fuel Usage by Tractor Report.
- New Fuel Usage by State Report.
- MMR e MI:
- Date corrected on the file version.
- Customer Station:
- Duplicated records’ issue fixed when importing data.
