mygroundforce system version 1.06 has been released in the production environment, with the following features and updates:

Entity Registry:

  • When changing the Entity’s logo in the Entity Registry, the new logo displays without the need to log out and log in again.

Reports:

  • Vehicle: creation of the Vehicle Registry Report option.
  • Employee: creation of the Employee Registry Report option.

Payroll Report:

  • By clicking on the driver’s name, a new Shuttle tab opens in the Payroll Report breakdown.
  • Improved performance of the select field when choosing the Payroll Date.

Daily Plan:

  • Insertion of the entity’s logo on each of the exported reports.
  • Correction of the report name in the file header.
  • Correction of the entity name shown in the exported report.

Weekly Plan:

  • Insertion of the entity’s logo on each of the exported reports.

Notifications (Compliance and Custom Tabs):

  • Addition of Employees’ List to select one or more Employees who will receive a notification.
  • Addition of an open field for entering one or more email addresses that will receive a notification.

Business Group:

  • Development of an option to allow users to insert one or more Organizations in the system’s Onboarding process. This way, it is possible to provide one or more organizations that are part of the Business Group and one or more Entities that make up an Organization.
