mygroundforce system version 1.08 has been released in the production environment, with the following features and updates:

  • Payroll Report: 
    • Option to delete PTO and/or Other added payroll items. 
  • Users: 
    • Change in username view, by showing the last name, followed by the first name. 
  • Employees: 
    • Change in the visualization of employees’ names, showing their last name, followed by their first name. 
    • Change in the exported reports, showing their last name, followed by their first name. 
    • Label DOT State/Province changed to DOT Medical State/Province, on the Compliance tab. 
    • Label DOT Expiration Date changed to DOT Medical Expiration Date, on the Compliance tab. 
  • Linehaul Exceptions Report: 
    • Verification of exceptions occurred between Settlements – comparison of a tractor’s final destination with its origin on the previous week. 
    • Exported reports were improved so that users can view exceptions with more ease. 
    • Bottom line “Total” removed from exported reports. 
  • Weekly Plan: 
    • Drivers’ names are now displayed last name, first name. These changes have been applied to list views, filters, and dropdowns. 
    • The week calendar has been synched with the FedEx settlement week (beginning on Saturday and ending on the following Friday). 
  • Daily Plan: 
    • Drivers’ names are now displayed last name, first name. These changes have been applied to list views, filters, and dropdowns. 
  • Dashboards: 
    • New view for Shuttle trips, that are now shown separately from Linehaul Trips.
