mygroundforce system version 1.24 has been released in the production environment, with the following features and updates:

System-wide

  • Adjustments on the reset password screen.

Employees > Employees Categories

  • The number of records, pages of records, and position were added to this screen’s grid.

Vehicles > MMR

  • Vehicles marked with the status “DOWN” now also appear as needing MMR.

Vehicles > Vehicles Categories

  • The number of records, pages of records, and position were added to this screen’s grid.

Finances > Expenses Registry

  • Expenses Registry screen field labels updated.
  • Added a new field “Category Type” which will be filled in automatically, according to the category used.

Finances > Expenses Categories

  • A new field has been added to the category register in which it is possible to classify a category as DIRECT or INDIRECT expense.

Operations > Customer Station

  • The number of records, pages of records, and position were added to this screen’s grid.

Operations > Daily Plan

  • In the Indefinitely question, when the user chooses the option “NO”, the calendar will only allow dates within the next 6 months to be chosen.

Reports > Annual Vehicle Inspection Expiration

  • Vehicles with the status INACTIVE will no longer appear in the Annual Vehicle Inspection Expiration report.

Reports > Revenue Generated x Payroll Costs

  • Two new columns were added to the “Revenue Generated x Payroll Costs” report: “Fuel Costs” and “Expenses”.

Settings > Spot Flat Rate

  • When there are two Spots registered with the same AVR number, the software will also consider the name to differentiate the amount.

Settings > Shuttle Flat Rate

  • The number of records, pages of records, and position were added to this screen’s grid.
