mygroundforce system version 1.30 has been released in the production environment, with the following features and updates:

Dashboards

  • Fuel Costs Calculation Adjustment – the system now calculates fuel costs accordingly (see mode details on this video from the 2022 Line Haul Summit: https://bit.ly/3DeHLkH). We are rolling out this feature slowly, so expect fuel-related costs to vary in the upcoming weeks as we finish applying this to all settlement data previously loaded into the system.

Employees > Employees Registry

  • New field included in the Employee Import Template.
  • The system will send notifications to owners warning missing employees compliance information.

Vehicles > Vehicles Registry

  • The system will send notifications to owners warning missing vehicles’ annual inspection expiration.

Operations > Daily Plan

  • You can now change drivers from the Daily Plan main screen for current and past trips.

Settings > Profiles

  • New profile screen (click on the name of each module to see permissions in detail.
  • Users will no longer be allowed to create new profiles from mygroundforce, as we work on improvements to this feature. If you wish to create a new profile, please send an e-mail to support@mygroundforce.com with all system modules you wish to give this new profile access to.

Settings > Line Haul Flat Rate

  • Default view of this page will now only show active records.

Settings > Shuttle Flat Rate

  • Default view of this page will now only show active records.

Settings > Spot Flat Rate

  • Default view of this page will now only show active records.
