ROBOTRAX is the brand name for our AI Operations Manager. ROBOTRAX maintains complete situational awareness of ALL Line Haul activity. All trucks are automatically dispatched in the mygroundforce® TMS upon departure from or arrival to any FEDEX location, Customer Spot location or Meet/Butthead location. Every dispatch is logged in a comprehensive trip summary report. All trucks are tracked on a map view that provides detailed operations information simply by hovering the cursor over the symbology. Operations personnel are notified by text of EVERY dispatch contemporaneously with its occurrence. This feature does not require the participation of drivers.
