The production environment has been updated to versions 1.78 – 1.80 of the mygroundforce system. These updates include the following improvements:
Dashboards > Fuel Profitability
- ‘Deduct DEF’ Checkbox Added:
A new checkbox labeled ‘Deduct DEF’ has been introduced in the Fuel Profitability dashboard. When selected, the system deducts the total value of all Repair/Misc entries shown in the Settlement with the description ‘DEF-Retail’ from the Fuel Purchase amount. We are currently working on a DEF Dashboard to show this amount.
Organization > Entity Registry
- Mandatory ‘Country’ Combo box:
A new mandatory combo box field, ‘Country’, has been introduced in the Entity Registry. This field currently includes two options:- United States of America
- Canada
Employees > Employees Registry > Payroll Settings
- D&H as Additional Payment:
The D&H payment will now be calculated as a percentage of the total D&H Settlement value for all trips of a driver with this configuration (applicable to Linehaul and Shuttle trips only). - New Daily Payment Options:
Additional payment configurations have been added under the ‘Payroll According to Settlement Trips’ and Guaranteed Minimum methods. These configurations allow payroll based on daily rates for each trip type (Linehaul, Shuttle, Spot) and guarantee minimum daily payments for drivers.
Note: If a driver completes a trip that lasts more than one day, and the settlement shows the trip on two separate lines (one line for each day), the driver will be paid for each date they worked. This happens because the system currently uses only the settlement data for this calculation. It doesn’t take into account the number of hours worked on each date or show that the lines are part of the same trip from the day before. If you need to adjust this calculation, click on the driver’s Payroll Report line item for this trip and edit the amount being paid for that trip.
- New Checkbox: “Deduct Mileage Plus”:
A new checkbox, “Deduct Mileage Plus”, has been added to the Spot Pay Percentage Rate section. When selected, the amount in the MILEAGE PLUS column will be deducted from the settlement record before calculating payroll as the percentage rate based on the $AMOUNT field.
Reports > CSPA Schedules/Compliance
- New Section in Reports Screen: “CSPA Schedules/Compliance”:
A new section titled “CSPA Schedules/Compliance” has been added to the Reports screen. This report is updated weekly on Wednesdays and includes three new FedEx reports:- Run Assignment Points Weekly Statement Report
- Schedule B Report
- ATTACHMENT A-1 Report
Miscellaneous
- Integration with TruckSpy for ELD Data Retrieval:
We have added integration with TruckSpy to collect and process ELD data synced from TruckSpy. This data is used to update Robotrax and keep mileage records up to date for vehicle maintenance. To use this feature, make sure to update the TruckSpy login information in the Organization Settings. - Update mygroundforce Miles with Omnitracs and Compare with TruckSpy:
A new feature has been added to update mileage data in mygroundforce using Omnitracs and compare it with the mileage data from TruckSpy. The system will use the higher mileage number received, whether it’s from TruckSpy or Omnitracs.
