New Features and Enhancements
New “Pay Per Day” Payment Configuration for Solo Linehaul, Shuttle, and Spot Trips
The “Pay Per Day” payment functionality in the Linehaul, Shuttle, and Spot tabs of Entity and Driver Payroll settings was enhanced with new fields and calculation options. Users can now define a “Pay Per Day Payment Value” and set a “Daily Threshold Miles” for calculating payroll. Two calculation options were added: per day based on the number of days with solo runs or based on solo miles driven divided by the daily threshold.
Region Filter: Vehicles Maintenance Report
A region-based filter was added to the Vehicles Maintenance Report, allowing users to filter data by active regions. The exported reports respect the applied filters, and tooltips clarify the behavior and functionality of the new filter, improving report customization and usability.
Region Filter: Scheduled Maintenance
We introduced a region-based filter to the Scheduled Maintenance screen, including the Calendar, Maintenance Update, and Odometer Update tabs, enabling users to restrict displayed data to selected regions. Exported results also respect the applied filters, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports.
