The production environment has been updated to version 1.81 of the mygroundforce system. These updates include the following improvements:

Robotrax > Robotrax Report Log

  • A new screen has been added to display data pulled from ELDs, enhancing users’ ability to troubleshoot issues within the Robotrax Report feature. If you see data on the Robotrax Report log, ensure the other mygroundforce system parameters are configured according to the Robotrax feature settings requirements.

The Robotrax Report functions by pulling ELD data, matching it with Driver, Vehicle, and Customer Station information in mygroundforce, and identifying vehicle trips by combining this information and recognizing patterns. Therefore, both ELD and mygroundforce information must match and be kept up to date. Specifically, the following information is required:

  1. Vehicle Registry:

    • Vehicle number and VIN must be correct, updated, and match the data in the ELD.
  2. Employees Registry:

    • Driver name and FedEx ID must be correct, updated, and match the data in the ELD.
  3. Customer Station:

    • Customer station information must be accurate and up to date.

Robotrax Report > Region Filter

The Region Filter has been added to this screen, enabling users to query vehicles configured with a specific region. To use this feature, users must first associate the vehicle with a location in the vehicle registry. Next, they must create or edit a region and associate that same location with the desired region in Operations > Regions.

Payroll Report > Region Filter

The Region Filter has been added to this screen, allowing users to query drivers configured with a specific region. To utilize this filter, users must first associate the driver with a location in the vehicle registry. Then, they must create or edit a region and link the same location to the desired region in Operations > Regions.

Expenses Registry > Region Filter

The Region Filter has been added to this screen, facilitating queries for vehicles configured with a specific region. Users must first associate the vehicle with a location in the vehicle registry. Afterward, they must create or edit a region and associate the same location with the desired region in Operations > Regions.
