New Features and Updates
Region Filters Expanded
We’ve added Region Filters to the following screens, giving you more control and precision when querying data by region:
- Financial Report
- Settlement Adjustment Report
- Robotrax Map
- MMR Screen
These enhancements simplify region-based data analysis, ensuring you can easily filter and retrieve relevant information.
Employee Registry Import Enhancements
- Phone Number Formatting: To streamline employee data uploads, we’ve added an automatic phone number formatting in the Employee Import Spreadsheet.
- Social Security Number Added: The Employee Import Spreadsheet now includes a field for Social Security Numbers, enabling more comprehensive data management.
Payroll Report Enhancements
- The “Exceptions” column on the Payroll Report has been renamed to “Info” to better reflect its function. This column informs MyGroundForce users of additional payroll information affecting the pay calculation for that employee.
