Enhancements:
Motive DVIR – Inspection Reports
A new report is now available under Reports → Motive Inspection Reports (DVIR), giving Owners and Business Contacts visibility into Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) data submitted by drivers through Motive.
Inspection records are retrieved on demand directly from Motive whenever the report is opened or a filter is changed, so the data reflects what Motive has at the time of the request. The report defaults to showing yesterday’s inspections across all statuses, and can be filtered by date range (up to seven days), driver, vehicle/asset, and status.
Benefits include:
- Greater visibility into DVIR compliance activity as contractors adopt Motive
- Faster identification of vehicles and inspections with open defects
- One consolidated view of inspection data without leaving myGroundForce
