We are excited to announce the following new features and updates in mygroundforce, designed to enhance functionality, improve usability, and optimize your operations:

Enhancements:

  • New Subscriptions Settings: Introduced a new, dedicated screen designed to enhance your ability to monitor and manage your active subscriptions. This new interface provides a centralized view, allowing you to easily keep track of all your ongoing services and their current status.
  • Auto-fill “Service Provider Business Name” in MMR Creation:When creating a Monthly Maintenance Report (MMR), the “Service Provider Business Name” field will now automatically populate with the business name of the currently logged-in user’s entity. 
  • Payroll Report Enhancements: 
    •  The “Send Email” function for the Payroll Report now offers more flexibility. In addition to the existing PDF attachment, users will now also receive the Excel attachment. This enhancement facilitates easier data manipulation and integration with other tools.
    • We’ve improved the Payroll Report for clearer financial data. The ‘Total’ column has been renamed to ‘Subtotal’, and now signifies “Taxable Payroll”. A new ‘Total Gross’ column has been added to display “Payroll including non-taxable amount”, which is calculated automatically by summing Subtotal, Per Diem, and Reimb. Clicking on the ‘Total Gross’ value will now show a breakdown of its calculation.
  • Notification by Region: We’ve enhanced the notification system to include region-based notifications. Users can now receive notifications specifically relevant to their assigned regions.
