The production environment has received an update to versions 1.65 and 1.66 of the mygroundforce system, which includes the following enhancements:
Vehicles > Maintenance > Work Order
- Introduce a new field called “Description” in the Work Order to store the content intended for the Monthly Maintenance Report submission. This field will replace the data from the Issue that was traditionally sent to the MMR.
Operations > Daily Plan
- This enhancement builds upon the display of trip status in the Daily Plan by assigning distinct colors to each status category. The color-coded system provides an additional visual cue, making it easier to identify and comprehend the status of each trip at a glance.
Operations > Manual Upload – Settlements
- New timer on the Manual Upload – Settlements screen showing how much time is left until the next automatic upload
Reports > Payroll Report
- This feature involves the inclusion of the Social Security number in the Payroll Report.
