Enhancements:
Payroll Report Calculation and Display Adjustments
- The Payroll Report now features refined calculation logic and display for “Per Diem,” “Subtotal,” and “Total Gross.” “Per Diem” has been repositioned to clarify its non-taxable nature, and is now subtracted from the “Subtotal” to ensure “Subtotal” reflects a purely taxable amount. The “Total Gross” calculation has been updated to accurately sum the revised “Subtotal,” “Per Diem,” and “Reimb” amounts, providing a comprehensive overview of all payroll components.
Streamlined Settlement Adjustment Process
- You can now directly download the FedEx settlement adjustment PDF forms from the “Settlement Adjustments Report” screen. A email submission system has been implemented to automatically send these forms, along with driver logs, to the user who performed the submission.
QuikQ Integration for Automated Expense Registry
- myGroundForce now offers seamless integration with the QuikQ API. Once configured, product transactions from QuikQ will automatically create detailed entries directly into your Expenses Registry, significantly streamlining expense management and data entry.

Enhanced Expense Category Calculation Management for Dashboards & Reports
- You now have more precise control over how expense categories contribute to your dashboard and report calculations, particularly for fuel and DEF analysis. A new “Dashboards/Reports Expenses Calculation” screen allows you to granularly manage and exclude specific expense categories from calculations for individual dashboards and reports, ensuring tailored financial insights.
