Users can analyze results through an Annual Performance Dashboard, compare different periods (Week, Month, Quarter, Semester, YTD, and TTM), and evaluate trends using flexible comparison options such as previous period, same period last year, 52-week rolling average, or a custom range.
· The dashboard includes KPI cards such as Total Revenue, Labor Utilization, Fuel Profitability, and Net Revenue per Mile, all with clear comparisons and trend indicators. Users can also export the full view to PDF, including charts and insights, for easier sharing and reporting.
Key Insights: AI-Generated Observations
· The new Key Insights section highlights important patterns and trends based on your annual performance data. These insights are automatically generated and presented in a clear, easy-to-read format, helping users quickly identify opportunities, risks, and seasonal behaviors across the year.
Company Diagnostic Report: AI-Based KPI Analysis
· Users can now generate a Company Diagnostic Report directly from the Performance View. This report provides a detailed analysis of the selected period, including performance summaries, key changes, risks, and suggested focus areas.
· Each KPI is analyzed individually with status indicators, trend explanations, and guidance on what to review next. The report also includes an overall company
health status and can be exported to PDF for documentation or sharing.
